Everything on our website is custom made to order.

If our product or service didn’t meet your expectations

Returns are accepted for a refund less 25% of the merchandise total.

For a return we do request the order be sent back to us and we do not cover shipping expenses.

Order cancellations or changes may incur a fee depending on where it is in production.

 

Standard production time is 14 days after the order is placed and does not include shipping time. Estimated standard lead times are not guaranteed and do not apply to high volume orders.
