Domed Numbers are generally easier to install than regular vinyl. Because of the thinkness and rigidity of the numbers, air bubbles, the biggest problem for typical vinyl installation, are of little concern.

If you follow these simple steps, installation should be a snap.

1. Make sure the area for installation is clean and free of any debris.

2. Trim the excess paper around your numbers.

3. Find the best location on your boat and mark it with masking tape.

4. Do not remove any transfer paper from the numbers. Tape the numbers with the paper still on them to the boat with masking tape. Attach at all four corners and in the center.

5. Remove the masking tape from one side. Peel the backing paper away from the numbers and cut with scissors as close to the center masking tape as possible.

6. Hold the transfer paper at a 90 degree angle from the boat and slowly lay it down. Press firmly on each letter to make sure it has made a good bond.

7. Now remove the rest of the masking tape and repeat on the other side.

8. Now the best part -- remove the transfer tape and enjoy your new domed registration number.
